Design and Layout
We start with the basic layout that nature has provided us.
After countless hours of environmental planning and natural resource
inventory, the design process starts. Utilizing the lay of the land, combined with artistic
vision, we are able to create a challenging, beautiful, environmentally sound golf course.
By using as much of mother natures' palette as possible, the standard construction costs
are significantly lower. All course projects are " designed " to the natural habitat, rather than artificially
implemented into an area it doesn't belong. Blending art and nature to create the ultimate game, is what
we are all about.

All of our designs, are transferred from blueprint and rendered into a visually
appealing presentation package for the developer. 3D " Helicopter " fly-by
animations are also an available option.
